School Development Fund-Raising Campaign 2005-2006

Dear Parent,
The School Improvement Project has been completed and the new annex has opened its doors to students since September 2005. The nine-storey building adjacent to the school gate has extensive facilities: a chapel, a language centre, a computer-assisted-learning room and a publication and media production room, to name but a few, which allows the school to develop diversified activities embracing music, drama, publication, media education and so on.
The school is going to launch a fund-raising campaign to establish the School Development Fund for the procurement of furniture and equipment in the chapel, the expansion of the I.T. facilities, the library development project, the campus TV, and if there is any surplus, for supporting other school development projects.
The school cannot rely solely on government funding if it wants to excel. With your support, we can do more. Your donation will enable us to continue on the path of sustainable development. Enclosed is the sponsorship form for the Walkathon 2006. Please encourage your son / ward to participate in this meaningful activity. Your active participation is also highly appreciated. Details of the walkathon are as follows:

Please complete the reply slip below and ask your son / ward to submit it to his Form Teacher on or before Thursday, 9 March 2006. Donations to the Walkathon 2006 will be collected separately on or before Thursday, 30 March 2006. The development of CSK requires the effort of every stakeholder of the school. 「學校發展基金」籌款活動2005-2006
本校擴建多時的校舍新翼工程目前已告完竣，並已正式於二零零五年九月啟用。新校舍位於學校大門側，樓高九層，設有多個課室及特別室，包括聖堂、語言學習室、電腦輔助學習室、出版及媒體活動室、學生活動中心等，讓同學有更寬敞舒適的學習環境，砥礪學業。
由於增添新翼設施所費不菲，故本校今年成立「學校發展基金」並舉辦步行籌款活動籌募經費。捐款將用作添置新翼六樓聖堂設施、擴充資訊科技設施、圖書館發展計劃、校園電視台發展計劃；如有盈餘，將支援學校其他發展計劃。
隨函附上步行籌款之贊助表格，希望各位家長鼓勵及支持 貴子弟踴躍參加，亦歡迎閣下當天蒞臨，陪同貴子弟一起參加當日的步行活動。步行籌款活動詳情如下：

請填妥下列步行籌款活動回條，著貴子弟於三月九日（星期四）前交予班主任；而步行籌款之款項請於三月三十日前交回班主任。
