End of the Walkathon and Recess All students will line up in the playground and go back to classrooms. Form teachers and assistant form teachers will take attendance and return the Walkathon Sponsorship Forms to those students who have completed the walk. Students will be dismissed at about 1:00pm. There will be no classes in the afternoon. |
Remarks:
- Students are allowed to wear sport-shoes in full school uniform or PE uniform
- Those students who do not participate in the walk (with reasons and parents' letters) will stay in the school hall until the end of the activity. At 12:30pm, they will be required to line up in the playground and return to classroom for roll-call
- In case of inclement weather, the walkathon will be postponed to the following day (24 March 2006) and 23 March 2006 will be a normal school day. An announcement will be made on 22 March 2006 to inform all school members of the postponement. If the weather continues to be bad on 24 March 2006, the walkathon will be postponed until further notice
