In order to boost the spirit of Olympics in our boys, our school had joined the Kowloon City District Schools Torch Relay ¾Ç¬É¦P¤ß¶Ç²±¨Æ organized by the Kowloon City Home Affairs Department. Twenty seven secondary and primary schools had joined the event. Five CSK boys represented us and held the Olympic Torch. On 30th May, 2008 (Day 4), the handover ceremony was held in our school in the morning. They received the Torch in the playground and handovered it to the staff of the Kowloon City Home Affairs Department. The ceremony took about five minutes. Moreover, they attended the Closing Ceremony of the Torch Relay at the SKH Fung Kei Primary School in the afternoon.

A talk on " ¤µ¤é¤¤°êªº³h»P´I " (November 23, 2007)

Mr. Lam Siu Ching from the World Vision has held a talk on "The rich and the poor of today's China" for all Form four to Form seven students. He has unveiled the problem of the serious wealth gap in China by showing numerous photos. He also pointed out that despite the bad conditions, the poor children still wish to attend schools, telling us the we should treasure the opportunity to learn. Finally, he ended the talk by stressing that what helps the poor the most is our concern, but not our money.

Flower Planted Plan

Transfer the flowers from the pot to our school garden

The activity was co-organized by the Civic Education Group and the Integrated Humanities Department.

Aims

The French Marigold is a beautiful flowering plant and planting of it needs care and understanding of its characteristics. It takes a few months for all F.1 students to plant their flowers at home. Through the process of planting and taking care of it, we hope the students can also learn to be responsible and learn how to protect the environment.
