The Home Economics Club members cooked two delicious Chinese dishes: Kung Pao Chicken (宮保雞丁) and Deep Fried Crab Claws (炸蟹鉗). Everyone enjoyed the cooking experience and shared their creations with their families, fostering joy and connection. Our sincere thanks to Ms. K Lau, Ms. CK Cheung, and the committee for organizing this event!
