Chinese Cooking Class

On November 26, 2025, the Home Economics Club held an enjoyable Chinese Cooking Class at Star Chef Management School. Participants learned to prepare two mouthwatering dishes: Paper-Wrapped Spare Ribs (紙包骨) and Braised Roasted Pork Belly with Bean Curd (大馬站煲). Everyone brought home their delicious creations to share with their families, fostering a spirit of culinary creativity and cultural exchange.
