The Voluntary Services Group organized a joint-school event with Maryknoll Fathers' School on 13 April 2024. 28 students went hiking with the teachers at Shing Mun Reservoir and volunteered to pick up rubbish along the hiking trail.

Through hands-on experience, students understand the impact of litter on ecosystems and wildlife. Additionally, teamwork and collaboration skills are fostered as students worked together to clean up the trail. This joint-school event promotes a sense of community and appreciation for nature. Students can also expand their social circles and learn from their peers. The overall experience was satisfying and rewarding.
